Buying Trendy Kids Clothes While On a Budget

It is no secret that most people throughout the world have been experiencing financial problems that have been brought on by the global recession.  If you find that you have been living on a budget for some time now and have been thinking to stop shopping for Trendy Kids Clothes and is considering to go the cheap route, I am telling you that you can still keep your trendy kids trendy if you know how to shop for designer kids clothing when on a budget.  It is a known fact that when you are buying clothes for growing kids that you will need to always buy them one size bigger.  When you buy kids clothing a size bigger, it will, naturally, last your child a little longer.

Think Chic, Not Cheap Next to buying your kids clothing a size or two larger, you need to think chic, instead of cheap.  This is where most parents go wrong.  We all want our kids to look the best in what they are wearing and we want them to have all the clothes in the world; however, if you are suffering from a financial crisis, you know that this is not possible and while you may have to limit the amount of clothing that your children have, you do not need to cut back on quality and you can still buy trendy Kids Clothing.  When you are shopping for toddler clothing and other kids clothing in general, you need to know how to shop and once you know how to shop, you can have your children wearing the trendiest clothes on the market.

When it comes to thinking chic instead of cheap, you need to look at the styles of the clothing.  Being a fashionable individual yourself, you know what your little one likes and you know how to make them look good. Stick to buying regular children’s clothing such as jeans, dresses, skirts, and tank tops; however, to keep your child trendy and looking at her best, ensure that you purchase a few scarves, jackets, belts, and leggings to accessorize.

Your little Miss just may need some handbags, fashion jewelry, and of course some really cute shoes to bring off their trendy look.  If you are going to keep your children in trendy kids clothes while on a budget, you will need to cut back on the amount of clothes that you buy for them instead of the quality of clothing that you make them wear.  Shopping for name brand clothing is a good way to keep your child trendy while on a budget because when you buy name brand clothes, you know that you are buying clothes made from some of the best materials and that they are also sewn with the best care.

Getting brand name clothing for your children will prevent you from buying clothing too often because they will last longer and fit your children better.  Shopping for trendy kids clothes does not have to empty your wallet and when you buy less pieces of clothing that are made from the best quality; you will be able to keep your little Miss and Mr. in style.

The Three Stages of Newborn Clothing

When I learnt that I was expecting a new bundle of joy, I wasn’t all that excited like most first time moms; however, once I got used to the idea of having a precious little one to share my life with, I went crazy with shopping and bought all the cute, cuddly newborn clothing that I could get my hands on.  However, when my mom saw the shopping that I had done, I quickly learnt the error of my ways and after learning that my little man was bigger than the average baby, I started wondering what I was going to do with all the little clothing that I had bought and then I began to shop wisely.  After going from store to store, I learnt that newborns and newborn clothing came in three stages.  These three stages are Preemie, the average newborn, who weighs roughly 7lbs and the really big ones, weighing in anywhere from 8 ½ to 11lbs, imagine pushing out an 11lbs baby but that is a store for another time.

While most newborn clothing is worn by children 0-3 months, if you shop and buy only 0-3 months clothing, you will find that you are doing a lot more spending than you had originally budgeted for.  So how do you really shop when you are buying clothing for your newborn?  It is simple, you shop for the three different stages of newborn some would say but what I recommend is that you buy a few pieces of 0-3 months clothing and leave the bulk of the shopping for after the baby is born.  Never buy premature clothing because it really makes no sense.  If your baby is premature, let them wear the newborn clothing just the same.  Yes, they may hang off a bit but in time, they will full them out and the good thing is that, they will last much longer.

When you are shopping for newborn clothing or kids clothing in general, remember the golden rule, never go cheap and never buy clothing that has dye in it because the dye will washout eventually and it will irritate some kids skin.  You will never know if it will cause a reaction to your child; therefore, it is better you never find out.

Why should you stay away from cheap clothing?

The major problem associated with putting your newborn baby in cheap clothing, other than the fact that they will be ruined within a few washes, is that the material that is used to make these clothing will affect your babies skin.  No matter how you wash them before your baby wears them, the cheap fabric that these clothes tend to be made from will irritate your new baby’s skin and sometimes cause rashes, and pumps to appear.  While I am not encouraging you to go and spend $200 on onesies, I am telling you to make an investment in the clothes that your children wear and go with brands that make quality clothes such as: Gerber, Granimals, and Carter’s.

The older your children get, the more you will want to spend less on clothing but do not cut on quality for quantity, shop wisely and you will see that you can invest a little into your kids clothing and still buy top brands and clothes that are of the best quality.

Trendy Kids Clothes Getting Trendy Back to School Clothes for Your Fashionista and Little Man

Despite what some people might think, children’s fashion is a big deal, to not only the parents but for the children as well.  Trendy kids, want to wear trendy kids clothing and when they get dressed, there is no holding them back, they shine like any adult.  While shopping for newborn clothing and toddler clothing might not be very hard, the older children get the harder it is to buy clothes for them.
When buying kids clothing for your trendy kid as they get older, you need to keep a few things in mind and the most important thing on that list is their personal preference and styles.  Your child should have a say in the clothes that you buy for them and you should give them the choice of choosing between outfits when they are getting dressed.  Due to the fact that the kids fashion industry has taken the world by storm, your little bundle of joy has his or her own fashion sense and your little girl knows how to put her clothes together and buying designer children’s clothing will give her the option of being her own little fashionista.
While shopping for trendy kids clothes is a bit hard, it is even harder to shop for their back to school clothing and being so close to the reopening, it is essential that you start shopping and the best way to find designer children’s clothing for children to go back to school is online.  When you shop for trendy kids clothes online, you are automatically by passing the long lines in the stores, the hassle of pushing and shoving in a crowded mall, and most importantly, you get designer children’s clothing online at a much more affordable price.
Finding back to school clothes for children can be pretty easy; however, there are a few things that you need to keep in mind and do before you hit up the mall or online stores.  The most important thing for you to do is discuss style and designer children’s clothing with your trendy kids and after you have settled on the clothes that you like best, create a list and make a budget.  The clothes that are on your list should include pants that can be easily washed and durable; leggings, khakis, and jeans are the best options for girls and of course, jeans and khakis are ideal for boys.
Choose about six tops that will work perfect with the bottoms and choose some regular shirts that can be worn on a daily basis or as under shirts for both boys and girls.  Stick to black and white basic shirts because they can be mixed and matched with everything and a nice jacket will compliment these shirts.
Include a couple dresses and skirts for your little fashionista and a couple dressy pants and shirts for that little man who could care less what he wears.  Remember to have some designer children’s clothing sweaters on the list and never forget about shoes; sneakers, dress shoes, and of course sandals (not flip-flops) are a good idea.

Toddler Clothing: How to Choose the Best Toddler Clothing

The common mistakes that most new parents make is that they always buy their toddler clothing based on how they look instead of their quality, comfort, and size.  When you are choosing your kids clothing, it is important that you not only think of the above mentioned features, you also need to think of safety as well and remember not to buy clothes that has too much buttons, zippers, and any objects that that can be easily removed and cause safety issues to the child.
The very first thing that you should consider when purchasing your toddler clothing is that they should be really easy to pull down so that they can go to the bathroom with ease.  Onesies are not the best piece of clothing for your child if he or she is being potty trained because this will cause quite a number of accidents.  The best clothing to consider for kids who are being potty trained are big kids clothes, in other words clothes that are built with two pieces such as skirts, shorts, pants, and tops.  Dresses are also a good option for girls because they can be raised easily.  Your child has passed newborn, passed toddler clothing age but is now into tweens clothing and they want Designer outfits, no longer to maintain appearance for you.
Then you should always think of quality.  Do not buy clothes that are made from materials that are too rough on the outside and especially not on the inside.  Ensure that the clothes are soft to the touch, durable, and extremely light.  Remember that your toddler is growing and they love to run and have fun; therefore, their clothes should not act like a hamper to them, instead it should make it easy for them to be a child and the clothes should also be durable.  Do not think that because the cloth is light that it should be cheap or easily destroyed.  Choosing designer children’s clothing such as the ones designed by GYPSY 05 is your best way to go because clothes made by most designers take your children’s clothing needs into consideration and while designer children’s clothing are a little bit more on the expensive side, they are well worth it and you will not regret the spend in the end.
The best option for your kids clothing is pure cotton because these are soft and very durable.  Never buy any clothes that are 100% polyester because they will gather a lot of lint after the first few washes.  You should also check to see if there are any smells emitting from the fabric because painted on designs and dyes might cause some serious problems to your child’s skin so stay away from fabrics that have been dyed or painted.  So that you know what clothes to stay away from, keep far from dollar stores, retail outlets, and flee-markets because these places are known to always sell cheap clothes that will at times irritate your toddler’s sensitive skin.
